CARAVAGGIO

In a collaborative performance between the costume and acting students of Wimbledon College of Arts and the V&A museum, I created a costume based on a mask from Derek Jarmans 1986 film 'Caravaggio'. Inspired by 16th century renaissance art and 80s homoerotica, I created a bedazzled, velvet depiction of Caravaggio as the roman god Bacchus.
